Quality Policy

Enercomtel sp. z o.o. is a regional leader in services related to telecommunication systems and Technical Protection Systems for utility and industrial power sectors as well as renewable energy sources.

Our mission is to provide services within the scope of investments, from construction design, through execution design, to comprehensive execution of the construction process in line with the all-changing environment, requests and expectations of our customers, legal requirements, as well as requests and expectations of other parties.  

In order to fulfill our mission while continuously improving the quality of services provided, the company’s management has implemented and henceforth maintained the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The Management Board of Enercomtel sp. z o.o., including Piotr Swornowski, Marcin Mądry and Gabriel Bętlewski, herein declares that this Quality Policy shall be implemented through the achievement of the following objectives:

1. increased competence of its didactic and supporting personnel as well as ensuring efficient internal and external communication which is prerequisite to maintaining effective cooperation with clients and other parties involved,
2. creating a positive image based on friendly, interpersonal, mentor-protégé relationships, increased competence and skills,
3. including requests and feedback from customers and other parties involved in view of improving both educational aspects and partnership relations, as well as conducting customer satisfaction surveys,
4. creating positive relations between employees as well as ensuring adequate infrastructure and work environment,
5. ensuring that all personal data and customers’ properties are safeguarded, as well work and education health and safety protected while they stay in our premises,
6. fulfilling all applicable requirements,
7. continuous improving of the QMS.

The Management Board herein declares that all personnel take ownership of this Quality Policy, accept its’ content and the continuity of the QMS improvement
